What if I cannot find the item I am looking for and it is not in the catalog?

Employees should call Today’s Business Solutions Customer Service line, 877-895-6532. If this is a special order item, Customer Service will place the order.

How do I return an order or an item on an order?

Go to TBS Punchout

Click on TBS Order Tracking under “My Orders”

Enter your search criteria and select submit

Click on the appropriate Order number within your search results

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Begin Return”

How do I get a paper copy of the TBS catalog?

For environmental reasons, we are promoting the online catalog instead of distribution of thousands of printed catalogs. All items shown in the catalog can be found online. If business circumstances require that you have a copy of the full-line catalog, please add sku # 178-443 to your order. The catalog will be delivered free of charge with your order.
